Sunday Dinner {Ansley 6}

We celebrated Ansley's Birthday dinner at grandma Carolyn's a day earlier than normal. Typically, we go on Sundays, but due to my work schedule we did it on Saturday November 14! She picked pizza, macaroni and corn! She also wanted sprinkled cake! And of course you get what you want on your birthday! :)
Her party was the same day as her birthday dinner and she was exhausted! :)

 Grandma's homemade card! {Love}

Happy 6th Birthday Ansley

Another year has past and my baby isn't such a baby anymore! I honestly can't believe that she is already 6! It's crazy! Seems like just yesterday we were taking her home from the hospital! Ansley Jane, you are loved by so many and bring so much joy to our lives!

Ansley decided that she wanted to have a tea party this year! It was a very small party and that was how she wanted it! We colored and played outside! The girls had a blast and even let little brother hang out!

 I bought all the dishes from garage sales this summer! :)

 She didn't even want a cake just cupcakes and then she never ate them

Welcome home Shane!

I haven't been around very many people that were/are in the military. I wasn't raised in a military family and after seeing what my sister has gone through, I can't imagine that life. Trust me, I deeply appreciate everyone and thank everyone in the military, but the military life is less than attractive. My brother-in-law left in February with a 6 week old baby to do a 9 month tour in Kuwait. Luckily, my sister and her newborn baby moved from Colorado (where they were stationed) home while he was gone! I'm so glad that we were all around to watch her grow. She is a perfect baby and we all miss her. After nearly 7-8 months here in Winfield they moved backed to Colorado Springs to wait for Shane's arrival home! We were lucky enough to be able to welcome him home!

 They arrived home at 11:30pm. This little girl didn't want to miss it!

 walking in! Man, there were a lot of men serving our country on this tour and a lot of family time missed! Thank you!

 An emotional day! My sister was a nervous wreck all day
