Outside Adventures

We have been outside so much lately, all my pictures are full of us being outside! I love it! We have been very productive as well. Zach finished the playhouse, finished inclosing the deck and started landscaping the back yard! He has been busy!

Ear Tubes!

Well, after several months of fighting ear infections, we finally had tubes placed in both kids' ears! With Karson totaling 6 ear infections in 6 months and Ansley 6 in two years, we have hopefully found a cure! We arrived early Monday morning at 6am! We left the house a little after 5! Karson wasn't able to nurse after 2am and by 4:45am he was up for the day! His normal happy self (he gets that from his daddy). I was worried about him crying of starvation the entire way to wichita, but nope never heard a wrd out of him! I grabbed Ansly out of her bed and put her straight in Teresa's car! We were off! Ansley never did go back to sleep and either did Karson, but the trip was a huge success and no big disasters, until we arrived. Ansley was very uncooperative! She didn't want anyone to touch her! She would scream and yell anytime a nurse would come close! So after a little sedation of Versed, she was in lala land! Teresa and I were a little worried about her, she was so lifeless and everytime she moved, it was in slow motation. She would laugh, but was not her normal self! Poor baby, I hope she never has to be sedated again! :(  Karson's surgery was scheduled for 7:30am and around 7:15 he was getting hungry! I paced our little area with him and a few minutes later he was asleep. They came and took him from me asleep in my arms! The surgery took a total of 15minutes and then they took Ansley! She was still slightly sedated and she didn't hardly cry when they took her away!

We met both kids in the recover room! Karson was of course the first to arrive and I nursed him right away! The doctor said both ears were full of fluid and his right ear was so bad, that he probably couldn't even hear out of it!! :( Ansley arrived and was a little grouchy, but had some apple juice and within 10 minutes we were on our way home! Karson decided just before leaving that he would vomit all over gma Teresa! Poor gma was covered in vomit! The doctor said that Ansley's right ear had quite a bit of fluid behind it, but her left ear was clear!

Karson slept part of the way home and Ansley looked exhausted! By noon both kids were back to normal! Thanks Teresa for taking us! There would have been no way that I could of went by myself!

Poor neighbors!

Some times I just feel sorry for Brandy and Fredo! Ansley think's that their home is also her home and invades their house and yard all the time! Sorry B! The girls love playing together and for the most part get along great! Fredo's family came to visit for Mya's Birthday and of course Ansley thought she needed in on all the excitement! Thank you to the Cuevas family for including us! Ansley had fun! :) It was a beautiful weekend and all the kids were outside most of the weekend!

Zach took these while I was at work! I was impressed that he actually remembered to take a few pictures with the camera instead of his phone! Here is the messy boy, eating everything in site and getting it every where. After supper we head straight to the tub! :)

Karson: 7 Months

Wow, I can't believe my last and final baby is over 7 months old already! It has been a busy 7 months! Seem's like he has been sick more than well, but no matter how sick he is, he is always happy! :) I love you my chubbers!! :)  Here is what he is up to this month:

• Sitting up and reaching for everytihng in site! He will lean so far forward that he fall's flat on his tummy! Anything that is in hands reach, is his!
• Slept though the night! It just happened yesterday, but maybe we are on to something!
• Had tubes put in his ears on March 26, 2012! The doctor said that his right ear was so full of fluid, that he probably couldn't even hear!! :(
• Eating finger foods like crazy! I have a pouch thing that you can put fruit in and then he sucks all the juices out of it, he loves it!! Has had pineapple, strawberries and oranges from it! :)
• Loves all the gerber snacks I give him!
• Still has no teeth and isn't crawling yet, but I'm assuming his fatness is why he isn't crawling :)
• Wearing 12-18month clothes
• Size 4 diapers
• Still getting only breast milk and nursing
• Weighs 22lbs!!
• Loves to be outside
• Like's the exersaucer and walker
• eating cereal and baby food like crazy
• Usually takes a good nap in the mornings!
• Loves to have daddy rock him to sleep
• He is truely a happy baby, the look on his face when I get home from work is priceless! He loves his mommy or maybe just the milk, but either way I know I'm wanted :)

Today, we are finally getting his 6 month check up/shots! He has been on antibiotics for so long that we are a little behind!

I love you little man, you are growing up way too fast!

Sleep Over!!!:)

Well, Zach and I survived! For one evening/night we were a family of 6!! Yikes, I'm not sure how people can have so many children and still be sane! lol! For Brandy taking Karon's pictures (which probably wasn't a fair trade in the end), we offered to keep the girls over night! They had a blast together! Ate pizza, played outside, took bathes together, watched movies, ate popcorn and skittles together! They were in heaven! Macy stayed until 9 and Brandy took her back home to sleep in her bed, but Mya stayed! In the end Ansley slept in our bed (big surprise there ugh?) and Mya slept in Ansley's bed! :) We really did have a fun evening! Thanks girls for coming and staying with us! Come back anytime! :)

Baby Cow's

Ansley is so excited to see the cows everytime that we are at my parents! This time she was able to see all the "baby cow's!" Thanks dad and Uncle Wes for letting us see all the cows!
