This was an amazing experience! The sting ray's were everywhere! We found out that you could get in the water with them for 20 minutes and feed them. It was only $20, so we figured that it would be worth it. Karson was free, so for $40 we thought it would be a fun experience for Zach and the kids. (I of course needed to take pictures!) They loved touching them so we figured they would love feeding them. Boy were we wrong. Let's just start off by saying that there were lots and lots of sting ray. I'd guess 75 to 100. They knew when everyone entered the water that it was feeding time and swam all over you. Karson was pretty brave at first, but after they starting swimming by and touching their legs they were done. They were freaking out. Trying to crawl up Zach to get away. The nice worker told Zach that since they wanted to leave that someone else could go in their place. I went and let me just say I know why they didn't like it. It was a pretty weird feeling and they also tried crawling up your leg. Yuck. This was also the family ride that we rode. It ended by swimming pass the sting ray (in another pool of course).
Grandpa had quite the relationship with the sting ray. From the side of the pool they would practically crawl out of the water. It was pretty neat to watch him and Karson. We decided to name him the sting ray whisperer. lol
