Time marches on

Oh, the time! Where has the last 3 years gone? My baby who isn't such a baby isn't more, will be starting school next year! How is that possible? Seem's like we just found out that we were pregnant with this beautiful little monkey, and yet here she is; three already! She has so much joy, love and passion for other's! She is a mother hen, without a doubt! She is a determined child that presses my buttons on a daily basis! Her love of life, dance, music, reading and learning fasinates me! We are truely blessed! Blessed with two happy, healthy children. Children that give us so much to live for! Children that we love with our entire hearts!

Ansley, was tested for the Webster P.A.L.S program on Friday! She was so excited! Excited to play with the other kids and of course go down the slide! :) We walked into that building and all of the sudden it hit me; my baby girl isn't old enough for school! The confidence she had when we entered that building was amazing to see! She was ready! They were doing devolopmental screening to see how she much she knew and what area's if any she might need extra help in. She was screened for hearing, vision and of course her smarts! :) She passed with flying color's and I couldn't help but smile from ear to ear when they said how well she was doing! Such a proud moment! She knew her shapes, ABC's, could count to 11, most of her colors, her name and many other thing's. They also asked her question's that either she forgot the answer too or was too nervous to tell them. For example the colors: orange, purple, black and brown. She wouldn't tell them her full name. Didn't know where her ankle was and had a few problem's pronouncing words. All of these she of course knows! Crazy girl! :) She was also asked to be a peer model for the 3 year old program next year. :) The testing lasted about an hour and she was not ready to leave! :) She will be almost 4 when school starts and will be one of the oldest's in her class! So proud of her!
