Chasing Butterflies!

If I could freeze time, I most certainly would! Days of happiness, laughter, giggles and of course drama; with no other worries than chasing butterflies! I love being a mom and today proved it by spending over an hour outside chasing and catching butterflies! No other worries in the world for my baby girl! She was in heaven! I was catching and she had a blast holding the critters that I caught, before letting them go! Today, I'm reminded that days go by quickly and that there may not be tomorrow! I love my children with all my heart and love hearing the daily giggles, laughs, tears and screams that they make! Today was all about living in the moment and believe me I did! :) Nothing but chasing butterflies!

The Doctor is in

Oh, little miss Ansley, you crack me up on a daily basis. Who would of thought that a dollar find at a garage sale, would cause so much laughter and entertainment for one little girl! I love you monkey!! Maybe one day she will take care of her mommy and daddy! :) Although, I think your brother gets a little tired of you doctoring him up. :)

Wordless Wednesday!

Karson: 8 months

Wow, my fat and happy baby boy is really growing and way too fast!! I love this little man! He is such a happy baby and by the looks of him he loves to eat! :) Here is what he is up to this month:

• Still not crawling!!! Starting to worry :)
• No teeth!
• Wearing 12-18 month clothes and size 4 diapers
• still breast milk only
• recently had hand, foot and mouth! :( Although he never acted like it bothered him, but his poor hands were covered in blisters!
• Had tubes placed on March 26!
• Still not sleeping through the night, had 1 lucky night but since then usually up twice
• Loves all sorts of finger foods
• Can stand with lots of help
• Starting to really get some hair, almost looking like a fro
• Loves eating cereal and anymore seems to be getting picky about the baby food
• Gave him another yogurt bite and within 5 minutes his face was covered in hives! :( We see an allergist in June! I'm not sure what we are going to do if he is allergic to dairy! Anyone else have this problem?? Sometimes even if he has easy mac his mouth turns all red :(
• Finally had his 6 month shots a few weeks ago! Poor thing has been on antibiotic's for so long that we couldn't get his shots! Weighed 22.1lbs.
• Love's to put everything in his mouth
• Love's to watch his big sister
• Pull's everyone's hair! Ouch! He is so mean to Ansley that he just pulls handfuls of hair out! I feel so bad for her.

April fun

We have been busy doing random things around the house, so here are a few pics!

Daddy found a snake while moving bricks! Ansley wasn't too sure about the slimmy thing at first but it only took her a few minutes to warm up!

Just woke up from nap to come help outside! Notice the crazy hair and diaper! Yes, she is potty trained but naps and bed time are unpredictable! :)

Easter 2012

I of course was at work! One of the lovely perks of my job! I'm always working holidays and now with 2 kids, it really sucks! Trust me I love what I do, but some days being with your family is way more important! Anyway, enough with the whining! :)

The kids had a great time and Ansley really enjoyed gathering and dying eggs this year! did get to meet up with the family at lunch time and during the evening for an Easter egg hunt at our house! Thanks everyone for the Easter goodies!
