Rise and Run 5K

The day before Easter our church put together a 5K at Island Park! This is our second year running in this race! The kids did the 1 mile walk with Grandma Teresa, Grandma Carolyn, Seth and Chris. Zach and I ran the 5K. Zach of course took 1st in his age group! :) He's a pretty good runner and Ansley is always happy to get his metals! :)

Coloring Easter Eggs

As the kids are getting the older they are really starting to enjoy coloring Easter eggs. Zach left work early on the Friday before Easter and we colored a dozen Easter eggs before Grandma Teresa arrived to take the kids to Build a Bear!

We had the kids' Easter pictures taken a couple of weeks ago! They turned out pretty good and the kids were perfect! They are now to the age that taking pictures is actually fun! :) I sure do loves these two!

Tanganyika

 

First official day of spring break consisted of a trip to Tanganyika! The kids had a great time and were really into feeding and touching the animals! My mom, sister and Reagan joined us! The place was packed, but we sure did have some great family time! Thanks dad for paying our way! :)
