Dance: Tap

I absolutely love watching Ansley dance! She truly loves it! She doesn't appear to get embarrassed by people watching her and for being barely 5, she is doing great. I was really impressed. She seems to be getting the steps down and is keeping up with the other girls very well. She tried tap over the summer and loved it so much that she wanted to give it a try this year. I think we have tried almost all of the dance classes they offer! :) Having Mya in her class is a huge bonus. I know Ansley misses her like crazy and getting to see the Cuevas girls every week is an added bonus! :)

 

{Friends}

Ansley and Karson had some friends over several weeks ago! Jeter and Paisley came to play! Karson was in heaven, since he wasn't surrounded by all girls! The girls arrived around noon from school via the bus! They were all so glad to see each other, but Paisley didn't like it when her brother got some attention from Ansley! They played outside and inside really well together. I'm not sure Jeter was too impressed by the horse or the tractor, but I think in the end they had a good day together!

Ansley: Art Work

Ansley has been all about art work, coloring, stickers, glue and everything else that has to do with crafts since we moved here! She is really getting into drawing people and I'm amazed at what she is capable of doing! She draws people almost daily! She left this by daddy's clothes so he could take it to work! :)

Webster Halloween

Karson and I got to hang out with Ansley and her classmates for her Halloween party! They all went trick or treating at a local nursing home and to the school district building. I'm so thankful that Webster lets us be apart of their parties! They have always made Karson feel welcomed and I'm so thankful for that! Ansley takes pretty good care of him while we are there! :)

 

Halloween {2014}

Halloween didn't start off to great for us! Ansley came into our bed at midnight stating that her tummy hurt (wasn't real worried, she always comes to our room or the couch). She climbed in and slept for several hours. Zach left for work early and at 0330 Ansley sat up in bed and proceeded to vomit all over my bed. Nothing like red puke to say happy Halloween! So, we ended up in the living room on the couch. She puked again at 0430, but felt ok the rest of the morning. She became sick one other time that morning, but never actually puked. She took at good nap was ready for trick or treating! Zach and I had both assumed that she wouldn't feel up to going and he stopped to by her some new Frozen jammies for a "feel better" gift, but we were wrong. She was excited to put her costume on and get her makeup done. We took some photos and headed out! We managed to make it to two houses before Ansley started feeling horrible. Luckily, Grandma Teresa was home and she hung out with her and grandpa for a couple of hours! I really like matching/coordinating costumes, so here they are: my beautiful butterfly and handsome bug catcher! This costume cost us $8! :) Yep, that's my kind of Halloween!

Pumpkin Patch {Quail Valley Farms}

Whew, I'm sure glad that October is over. We spent 99% of October at that beautiful place! The kids absolutely love Quail Valley Farms and spending all their time running the pumpkin patch with all the Isom girls! I spent all of my time their baking cookies and helping prepare meals for upcoming weddings and such. I feel bad that I didn't take many pictures, but lets be honest I'd arrive between 8-10am every Saturday and Sunday and we would leave in between the hours of 5pm to 11pm! Very, very long days with no sitting down. We hardly ate, but loved every minute of it.

Pumpkin Time

I brought home some left over cookies from the pumpkin patch and we spent some time decorating with grandma Teresa. Ansley did an awesome job decorating and Karson decorated the centers of the cookies! Afterwards, we decorated pumpkins!
